Algonquin Wild Nut Soup

Cooking Time: 1 1/2 hours
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
24 oz hazelnuts, crushed
6 scallions, with tops, sliced
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
6 cups stock
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking:
Place all ingredients in a large soup pot and simmer for 1 /2 hours.
